My Auto-Bio

Crazy Water Hat, Greenie Wrist Band & Red Shirt
(Every day is red shirt day for me, but with a grin and a wink... ;-)

Born February 15, 1943 (This life).

Currently Retired; Happily Married, living in Grand Prairie, Texas

Politics: Life long Republican - considering changing to Libertarian as of 2008

Careers: Electrician's Mate 5 1/2 years in the USN; SO Sniper Instructor during much of the same period. Opted out of the service after hospital stay for service related injuries. But I took with me the SO motto, which I have made mine for life. "Lord, though I walk through the valley in the shadow of death I shall fear no evil; for I am the meanest mother fucker <when the situation warrants> in the valley." Like all the warriors I have learned to admire, I am a peace loving soul but that motto has served me well on a few occasions in a long, fun-filed, up and down and checkered life.

Later, among several other hats I was a Forest Fire Fighting Hot-shot in the Shasta Mountains of Northern California until smoke inhalation forced me from that activity. I've always liked adventure, doing things that are hard and challenging and going the road less traveled.

Later I took training in and became certified as a regression therapist while myself receiving therapy for post military stress disorder in which I came to peace about my memories of how I died last life which lead to opening up the theme of my many, many recurrent memories as a living humanoid spanning trillions of years; as a result of full rehabilitation and release and erasure of those traumatic symptoms, opted to become an active ordained minister using regression practitioner techniques through 1998. That cycle of HANDS ON training spanned two decades (and at some level continues into present time). I rate the effort worth it because I also became a first stage adult able to study any subject I am interested in and apply it competently or effectively in real life, period. In addition, I can still sober a drunk or a group of rowdy people in less than 15 minutes, bring O.D.'s back from death and calm the confused by bringing them back into present time, and those suffering from somatic discomfort I can ground out their somatic pains, consistently and very quickly, to this day...

For a living I was an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Master Mechanic most of my adult life which phased over into Operations Management in later years until old injuries to joints and bones forced retirement from that industry. Most of the period from 1974 through 1998 was spent, for recreation, as a hang glider pilot, later instructor and tandem pilot. Finished last 5 years as a Master rated Hang Glider Pilot and a director of the United States Hang Gliding Association.

At the ripe old age of 45 Warren started an amateur career in computing by assembling IBM Clone PC parts and selling them to new PC owners, during 1985. Next, by adding modems was then able to start an online Bulletin Board Service; that evolved and blossomed into a life long part-time second income as a PC hardware and software consultant; also web author and teacher of personal computer use. Was hired by an offshore cooperage foundry out of Morgan City, LA to implement one of the first wide area network real-time specifications and drawing changes systems known in that field of enterprises.

Later, while living in Arizona in the 1990's, I became a successful Silhouette Metal Artist for 6 years. During that time I became a Day Trader and later moved to Belize in Central America with the profits from trading and bought a time-share condo Veiw of beautiful native Zericote Paneled Condo Kitchenwith the intention of continuing a Day Trading profession while living in a laid-back exotic country. After the Dot Com Bust occurred, got out of the stock market, for a living. Cast about for business that might be a good fit. Almost bought a store but the owner passed away before the deal was finalized.

Later, bought an Internet Cafe from a local British/Belizean Citizen located in San Pedro Town on Bonita Isle in Belize, Central America (A former Military Jungle Survival School Instructor, from years earlier). Built the "Cyber Caffee" up over time from 9 terminals to 14 making it into a thriving concern.

I made a secondary income from web authoring promotional websites for local businesses and from teaching computing to the local nationals. Taught over 200 Belizean Citizens to become conversant with the 17 basic and essential skills of computing. Also built up a popular, "fast-flow" debug business on the side using alternative psychology techniques called "Search and Discovery" psychology applied-to-business, which normally helps individuals to find
their ruin.

Lost the business and condo after a hurricane and found out that an embezzling minor partner stole the insurance money and managed to cover their tracks until a hurricane wiped out all holdings. That person now in Hativille Prison. Click here for a look at a favorite Belize Picture Collection.

Returned to the States and worked as an Operations Manager for a time, until its owner retired and sold out to a competitor. Knocked around for a time as a shuttle driver and delivery person until fully retiring in 2007. Started a PC consulting enterprise and a PC-Basics blog that teaches the 17 essentials of computing; the MS Vista Operating System has caused a resurgence of interest from new patrons to that web log.

Now helps spouse part-time in her job after hours and spends considerable time doing assorted research on timely topics primarily aimed at environmental responsibility and the implementation of cost saving practices for those who wish to be more environmentally responsible or need to learn how cost saving that going green can be. The later is accomplished through the construction and build up of the web site this page is found in at www.green-metroplex.com as well as assorted web logs and family picture websites and other online resources. Active member of an engineering chat blog with some following especially in the construction of Electric Tricycles, green venue's and air conditioning tech tips aimed at tweaking the most bang for the bucks spent (Summer/Winter humidity and infrared management being the hot topics of the moment.).
