Our Environmental Pledge to you

Green Metroplex Service and Sales practices safe and sane battery recycling for the
protection of the environment, as a public service.

Every part, wire and battery and even the dirt on a used or worn out E-trike is recycled, especially
battery materials like cadmium, lithium, lead or acid which are never sent to a solid waste landfill.

What we ask of you:

We encourage you to only and always charge your E-trike or other electric battery powered
devices or vehicles
ONLY AT NIGHT, when that practice will actually decrease your Carbon Footprint.
We also encourage you to get and
use recycling waste containers at home and at work.

Designed by Moteur Developpment International and being manufactured by Tata Motors of India.
This Compressed Air Powered Taxi (with zero emissions rating) designed by french auto research
and design group
MDI and licensed to Tata Motors of India is being released onto the streets of
heavily polluted cities in India. Under floorboard fiberglass air tanks store compressed air as energy
for the multi-linked, multi-capacity highly efficient motors; engines will be available with 2, 4 and 6
cylinders. Compressed air can be self generated via plug-in electric compressor or from
commercial air compressors in vehicle refill stations. The designers intended that these vehicles
should be low-pollution and low purchase and operational cost; targeted for a mass market the
body is light weight fiberglass; the system is electronically controlled via a single conductor,
lightweight controller cable linked to a computer, which operates all lights, air conditioning and
other functions similar to an aircraft "fly by wire" system...
It is not known at this juncture whether a solar cell charging system for the electrical system,
mounted on the handy flat roof of this design, is being contemplated by MDI or Tata Motors for
this vehicle's electrical devices or later possible deluxe upgrade models.

Dateline March 2008:
.
Tata Motors, India’s largest automaker
is set to start producing the world’s first
commercial air-powered vehicle. The Air Car, developed by ex-Formula One engineer Guy Nègre
for Luxembourg-based MDI, uses compressed air, as opposed to the gas-and-oxygen explosions
of internal-combustion models, to push its engine’s pistons. Some 6000 zero-emissions Air Cars
are scheduled to hit Indian streets in August of 2008.

Another Revolutionary Compressed Air Car

If you can, imagine a vehicle that runs on air, achieves over 100 gas-equivalent mpg and over 90
mph, has zero to low C02 emissions, seats six, has plenty of space for luggage, cuts no safety
corners, and costs no more than an average economy to mid-size vehicle.

This is the expected performance of the revolutionary Compressed Air Car that
Zero Pollution
Motors (ZPM) is introducing to North America. The vehicle is powered by the Compressed Air
Engine (CAE) developed by Motor Development International (MDI), a 15-year old company
based in Nice, France, and headed by inventor and Formula One race car engineer, Guy Negre.
ZPM is the exclusive representative for MDI in the United States.
