Our Environmental Pledge to you

Green Metroplex Service and Sales practices safe and sane battery recycling for the
protection of the environment, as a public service.

Every part, wire and battery and even the dirt on a used or worn out E-trike is recycled, especially
battery materials like cadmium, lithium, lead or acid which are never sent to a solid waste landfill.

What we ask of you:

We encourage you to only and always charge your E-trike or other electric battery powered
devices or vehicles
ONLY AT NIGHT, when that practice will actually decrease your Carbon Footprint.
We also encourage you to get and
use recycling waste containers at home and at work.

The 100 mile range, rear drive iMiEV
Mitsubishi Launches New "Micro-Electric Vehicle" Website.
The chart above serves to illustrate that a micro-electric vehicle with a range of 100
miles would serve the average auto driver's needs approximately 96% of the time. In
fact, for many, renting a conventional auto becomes more cost effective on those rare
occasions that there is a need, for a driver that only has a micro-electric vehicle; if one
factors in the fuel, insurance and maintenance savings of a one vehicle owner.
Municipalities would be well served to own a fleet of micro-EV's for the majority of its
auxiliary services personnel to travel about in their city on city or county business, as
well. As a result, they could very well afford to have a small fleet of much more
expensive hybrid's to accommodate anecdotal travel distance activities on a reserved,
check-out basis.  City Utility Services
would not benefit by micro-EV's; however they
could still retrofit their pickups, vans, buses and trucks to natural gas power instead of
gasoline, to reduce pollution. As hybridized versions of these vehicles come on stream,
due to ever increasing demand, they could phase over to ever-more-affordable
hybrids or natural gas/electric hybrids, as attrition wears out the natural gas powered
models.
Vehicle to grid capable hybrids in their fleets should be a long term goal of forward
thinking municipalities who cannot justify changing a goodly portion of their working
fleet to micro-EV's. wr
