Cattle and their meat and milk based products contribute to almost 20% of net green house
gases as the cattle eat and regurgitate and re-chew their low quality plant food diet. Bovine food
energy creates large amounts of feces and yes, they make flatulence as well. Both of these
digestive products are the source of enormous amounts of methane (CH4), a green house gas,
into the atmosphere. Hamburgers eaten by Americans, contribute 200 million metric tons more

The IPCC has stated that when averaged over 100 years each kilogram of methane warms the
Earth 25 times more than the same mass of CO2. No mention by any study group has been
made of how much methane (CH4) we humans emit in copious amounts from the gas or feces we
produce by consumption of fried or broiled hamburger meat, the ice burg lettuce in hamburgers,
fat fried shoe string potato's, or salads commonly consumed at a typical setting along with a
hamburger meal in these studies, however.

Alcohol Bio-fuel made from corn is escalating the price of food for livestock and human
kind as well as uncounted industries that use corn to synthesize other products such as
biodegradable plastic items; all of which is driving a need for Americans to wean ourselves off of
livestock products and corn and many other vegetables for food made too expensive to use as
staples.

One concludes it is nothing more than a scam by a small number of politicians who are insuring
their re-election by their corn producing farm country constituents, that have successfully
rammed ethanol laws disguised as pro-environmental issues, down our citizens throats. Corn has
become a controlled commodity and now those farmers who can't grow it due to food bank
policies are also making money from corn they do not grow, while the cattle and other corn fed
animal industries suffer high prices due to shortages. American consumers and taxpayers are
funding this scam in one way or the other.
