Never buy or drink bottled juice, canned juice or juice in cartons! It
doesn't matter if it says fresh, organic or all natural on the label. Don't buy juice in a bottle
or a can. Instead, buy fresh organic fruits and vegetables and purchase a good
juice-making machine, and make it fresh at your home. Be sure to drink freshly-made
juice within thirty minutes, i.e., don't refrigerate it for later consumption. And don't put in
ice from plastic ice trays which contain small amounts of out gassed formaldehyde and
PVC's from the tray which is a phenomenon caused by rapidly changing plastic's
temperature such as when freezing food items (or heating them on a stove or in a microwave
oven, for example. It is the rapid change in temperature which does this to plastic and teflon.)

Drinking organic fruit and vegetable juice that is fresh, provides the body with massive
amounts of much needed food elements (not filtered or pasteurized which removes or kills all
life-giving enzymes and most nutrients, vitamins and co-factors in these foods).

Simply drinking fresh, organic fruit and vegetable juice could cut the risk of Alzheimer's
disease by up to 75 percent, as a stand alone statement, is misleading. It is not specifically
fruit and vegetables that reduce Alzheimer's or other disease risk. Nutritional deficiency,

Soda drink manufacturers have used studies showing the healthy effects of juice
to sell more of their canned and bottled products. But what is missed is that it is ONLY
freshly made organic juices that produce the outstanding positive heath affects that we all
want for ourselves. The problem with commercially packaged and sold juice is that
they offer no health benefits. Packaged juice ingredients come from disease-laden
plants sprayed with massive doses of pesticides and herbicides. The fertilizer and
chemically polluted water, used in growing of these plants, destroys the vitality of the
produce. In the manufacturing process, the fruit is usually picked before ripe, which
means it does not have the desired co-factors, which the fresh produce used in the
studies on juice used in fighting disease had. From the moment fruits and vegetables are
picked they begin to deteriorate, oxidize, and lose nutritional value. Large scale
commercially made juice factory's can cause the produce to take weeks before it is
squeezed pureed and packaged into juice for sale. Much of this produce is irradiated,
making it slightly radioactive, and void of life-force energy and living enzymes. Some of it
is gassed to increase shelf life. Bottled juice is heavily filtered so the sugar concentration is
abnormally high. It is then pasteurized to 180° for 30 minutes, further destroying life-force
and increasing the sugar concentration.
